Az-Zukhruf 43:88

وَقِيلِهِۦ يَـٰرَبِّ إِنَّ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ قَوْمٌ لَّا يُؤْمِنُونَ
And [Allāh acknowledges] his saying, 1 "O my Lord, indeed these are a people who do not believe."
