Az-Zukhruf 43:60

وَلَوْ نَشَآءُ لَجَعَلْنَا مِنكُم مَّلَـٰٓئِكَةً فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ يَخْلُفُونَ
And if We willed, We could have made [instead] of you angels succeeding [one another] 1 on the earth.
