Az-Zukhruf 43:4

وَإِنَّهُۥ فِىٓ أُمِّ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لَدَيْنَا لَعَلِىٌّ حَكِيمٌ

And indeed it is, in the Mother of the Book 1 with Us, exalted and full of wisdom. 2
