Ash-Shura 42:39

وَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَآ أَصَابَهُمُ ٱلْبَغْىُ هُمْ يَنتَصِرُونَ
And those who, when tyranny strikes them, they retaliate [in a just manner]. 1
