As-Saffat 37:171

وَلَقَدْ سَبَقَتْ كَلِمَتُنَا لِعِبَادِنَا ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ

And Our word [i.e., decree] has already preceded for Our servants, the messengers,

Saheeh International.
