Al-Maidah 5:30

فَطَوَّعَتْ لَهُۥ نَفْسُهُۥ قَتْلَ أَخِيهِ فَقَتَلَهُۥ فَأَصْبَحَ مِنَ ٱلْخَـٰسِرِينَ

And his soul permitted to him 1 the murder of his brother, so he killed him and became among the losers.
