Al-A'raf 7:159

وَمِن قَوْمِ مُوسَىٰٓ أُمَّةٌ يَهْدُونَ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَبِهِۦ يَعْدِلُونَ

And among the people of Moses is a community 1 which guides by truth and by it establishes justice.
