Al-A'raf 7:111

قَالُوٓا۟ أَرْجِهْ وَأَخَاهُ وَأَرْسِلْ فِى ٱلْمَدَآئِنِ حَـٰشِرِينَ
They said, 1 "Postpone [the matter of] him and his brother and send among the cities gatherers
