Al-An'am 6:18

وَهُوَ ٱلْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِۦ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ

And He is the subjugator over His servants. And He is the Wise, 1 the Aware. 2
