Aal-e-Imran 3:138

هَـٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ

This [Qur’ān] is a clear statement to [all] the people and a guidance and instruction for those conscious of Allāh.
